"We only stayed for 2 nights as we wanted to visit Assisi town. The B&B is located about 10 min drive to town. The unit had a kitchen, 2 bedroom and 1 toilet. No air conditioning. No restaurant on site and no restaurant nearby, you need to drive to town. The swimming pool is small but functional, and is located at the bottom of the hill, there are also cute chickens walking around."

"Great location, good condition of the property, the only big problem that you can not travel with big luggage, the B&B got a narrow and spiral staircase which make difficult to go up and down with large luggage. But the place is nice and clean.Attention to arrival time, if after 07:00pm you must inform the place. There is no reception."

"If you need a place just to crush it does the job. The place is big and in the town centre so it’s a great location. Communicating with the stuff was challenging as they are not on site, there were long waits to collect the keys. The room is nice and cozy but smelled as it has been closed for a while. It says there’s breakfast included but there isn’t. Kitchenware needs to be refreshed. "

"Very charming! And the owner & staff very nice & friendly! An easy, short drive(or you could walk) down to park at underground parking at Parcheggio Mojano, then take your parking ticket to take elevator & escalator up to the old town of Assisi. We had a wonderful 2 night visit!"
