"Couple of problems , Cash Only ,The owner refused to take a Credit card (I assumed it would be charged through Hotels.com)and only found out afterwards that a couple I just met paid my Bill w/ cash. "I loved it here. The house has 3 rooms, each with their own dedicated shower room and shared living space. French doors open onto a terraced area and large fully secure garden. Owner lives in another house just a few feet away. Owner was really helpful and friendly, (as were her dogs - friendly, that is). Plenty of kitchen utensils etc. to cook for yourself, and even rags by the door to clean off the dog after it's been running around the garden living it's best life. The bedroom was lovely and...

The gite is spacious and well equipped and within easy reach of some very attractive towns, some stunning scenery and all the humbling history that is associated with the Normandy D-Day Landings."

"We had a very nice stay and the house was well equipped. The garden is large which gave the children space to run around and the kitchen had everything we needed. Most importantly the beds were comfortable! Location is superb if you are looking for somewhere quiet and rural but we did end up driving a lot for attractions further afield. Plenty of parking. When we called about a few issues, the owner came within 10mins and both were resolved immediately. The home-made jam was greatly appreciated....

"Only a quick overnight stay in our journey. Was perfect for that. Only thing was it was implied breakfast was free mon- fri and only chargeable at weekends and we got charged for it on a week day. Apart from that, no issues. "
