"A friend and I went to Frome for a wedding, and staying at the Archangel was perfect. It was close to the wedding, shopping and Frome itself was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful, the venue had a wonderful series of quiet rooms, eating areas and our room was wonderful. The steel and brass fittings and stone work were beautiful. My one piece of feedback would be for our room; it had narrow steps up to the room which I think would not work for anyone who had disabilities. If the room does...

"We had a very comfortable stay at The Old Station Inn. Staff were really friendly and helpful upon arrival. Our room was actually much better than I had anticipated (the photo's don't really do it justice). Our room was refreshed even though we only stayed two nights. Excellent service and room all round, just a shame that we were so busy during our stay that we didn't have time to have a meal at the restaurant on site as it looked fabulous!"

"We loved it! Everything was perfect. The room is big, clean, beautiful. The building is quiet old and that is why we were surprised to find a spotless well decorated and well maintained room. The king bed is very comfortable, we slept sooo good. The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast was good. We really enjoyed it."

"Country pub with rooms. Room was comfortable and clean and bed was fine. The food in the pub was superb with a great selection of locally sourced produce and the beer was fantastic. "Exactly what I expected: an old property that has clearly been loved and with owners that seem to care, has the basics and they do their best. It was clean and no frills but truly close to Stonehenge which made getting there for an early start a lot easier. No noise issues from the restaurant/pub below for us."
