"An unexpected amazing experience. Starting with the online booking, being on our way to Europa-Park (2 adults +2 kids), everything was spot on. Although we've arrived late after midnight, we have been immediately accommodated by very nice, multilingual and knowledgeable staff. The rooms are very welcoming and spotless clean. The breakfast is attended by a "Turbo" lady which was filling in the buffet and will never let you wait or ask for something. A big THANK YOU to all the staff and especially to the GM, which had trained the staff to high standards. "Perfect for both business and a short break. I had the simplest room, which was more than adequate for my 2 night stay. Theres easy access underground parking, good continental breakfast and a tram stop bang outside which is 15min to the city centre. For the price, you wont find better. The young man with long hair working reception/bar was extremely helpful. "

"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. Did not eat breakfast, it looked like a small option for the price. The staff was friendly and answered directional questions. We were not close to restaurants or city center but the tram was close. Not sure I would stay here again. "
