"The hotel is an old building so don't expect the rooms to be modern...having said that there was everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable and warm and the included breakfast was more than adequate.
Check in was super easy.
Be aware that there is a flight of steps to go up to all rooms so if mobility is an issue this could be a little tricky
The bathrooms are shared but are close to all rooms and the showers were nice and hot.
Dinner at the bistro was delicious. Despite being above the pub it was very quiet.
Would recommend a stay. Quaint small town close to Grafton right on the river."
"The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy; however, the toilet flush buttons barely worked. The shower was not properly sealed, so water easily leaked out onto the floor. Also, the lack of a bathroom ventilation fan left the room quite humid after hot showers, even with the small window left open overnight."
"This spot is a lovely one. Set back from the road, surrounded by trees, we woke up to birdsong. A super convenient location, with welcoming staff. Check in and out were easy."
"Was pretty clean and comfortable except Beds are very hard. Well priced but could do with some extras like extra towels and blankets, a hand towel, washing up liquid, a chux to wipe benches, a water jug for the fridge and ice cube trays. Inside was pretty nice but outside is right next to the stables and the smell was pretty bad. Thankfully couldn’t smell it inside with windows closed. Overall good value for money"
"No stress for check in time as we got the aceess code for the door. The apartment is located in a quiet and convenient street. We surprisingly found it is just next to the very beautiful 'Old Fig Trees' which is a must see attraction in the town. The rooms are clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. Highly recommended if you are traveling around the area. "
