"This was the most amazing hotel. Our room was beautiful and the view utterly breathtaking. We had a small balcony and giant picture windows in the room from which we could see a lake with a chain of alps. It’s a short walk to a castle ruins, and a short drive to Old Fussen. The entire area around the lake is walkable. The restaurant was equally amazing. The food was good, the service was amazing. We had breakfast each morning, again, gazing at a lake with mountains, and dinner the first night. I would go back, and I wish we stayed longer. Notes: there is no air conditioning, but the weather is beautiful and they give you a fan. We were never uncomfortable. Parking is available, but be careful, the spots are tight. "

"A beautiful view and a quiet area. You can't get any better whether you want to be on the go or just relax. You are close enough to anything you want to do. The space was more than adequate for our family and we had access to everything we needed. The beds were some of the most comfortable we have been in while on holiday. "Very nice sized room for the 2 of us, but I cannot imagine 4 adults sharing the space. It was very clean, and the bed as extremely comfortable! Only drawbacks were: The lack of a decent kitchen towel, there was only one that was so threadbare it had holes in it (but I was able to find others in a bureau in the hallway outside of our room);The induction stove was not at all user friendly and kept overheating and shutting off.I would otherwise definitely recommend staying there, the location was very convenient!"

"Excellent! Very clean, easy check in/ check out, quiet, plenty of parking space, close to the main spots, beautiful view from window, free tea, coffee, milk, wide range of cereals. Just would like to suggest to write allergens on cereals/ cornflakes for guests with allergies. But otherwise it is an amazing place to stay. "

"The breakfast was the best! The dining room overlooks the beautiful lake and mountains and the food is really tasty. The room we got was a bit tucked in the back and had no view. It was very large and the beds were comfortable enough. It did get quite cold and we had no ability to adjust the heating. Note that there is no parking included with the hotel, there is only street parking and it is only free after 6 PM. "
