"Everything was absolutely great here EXCEPT they charged me a hefty fee to get into my room a few hours early after a long overnight flight when I just needed to sleep. The room was clean and available, but they didn't let me in without paying extra. I was already paying a lot for a nice room so that annoyed me. And I checked out the night before and of course they didn't give me any money back for leaving 14 hours early. A premium hotel with nice employees and excellent food. BUT little things like that charge for a room that was mine and empty will linger with me in my memory of their approach to their guests."

"A delightful, modern hotel to stay at before or after a flight. The staff are warm and friendly. The rooms are spacious with plenty of amenities to make the stay comfortable. The luxurious king size bed and bathroom were excellent. The hot breakfast, of your choice, was delicious. We used the included drop off service to the airport 10 minutes away which made for a stress free stay."
