"I had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental Muscat. The hotel is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully designed, but the highlight of the experience was definitely the staff. Every member of the team was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional, always making sure everything was perfect. The service felt genuine and personalized, which made the stay even more special. From the restaurants to housekeeping and concierge, the hospitality was outstanding throughout. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Muscat."

"This is not my first stay at W Muscat, and my previous experiences have generally been very positive. However, during this visit, the room service response time was noticeably slow, and in some instances, calls were not answered at all. The staff are usually exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and warm, which has always been one of the hotel’s strongest qualities. Unfortunately, this visit felt noticeably different in that regard. That said, the quality of the food remained very good, and the overall experience was still enjoyable."

"Usually the check in time at 3 pm , I arrived to hotel at 9:30 am . I spoke with front end person and I explained to him I arrived too early from long trip . my room was not ready but the person in front end offer me temporary room until my room ready . . staff in the hotel very helpful , working too hard"
