Hotel Dei Cavalieri Milano Duomo

"Loved this hotel. Clean modern rooms, shower was so luxurious. I needed my medicine chilled and the travel device frozen. All were accommodated with a smile. The location close to the Duomo was awesome with really nice restaurants and bars, The hotel bar on the roof is outstanding and quite the hotspot."

"Facilities were great only 3 complaints: the walk to the room was very far - almost 1/8 of a mile (from check=in counter) and the bathroom shower door was not practical. It was like a 1/4 door. the actual shower was between the tub and the wall so the door could not close tightly against the tub. This allowed a lot of water from the shower to seep unto the bathroom floor. Not a lot of english channels on tv. Beds were super comfy and everything was clean and smelt clean. Very nice black out drapes even though the windows were not outward facing. Picture the rooms facing a courtyard. Staff was super helpful"

"This was a great 4 night stay. Room was good, the pool was great ( note it’s about waist depth), the roof top bar was nice and laundry we requested to be done was returned later the same day . The breakfast was really good but every day was consistently understaffed . The staff were working extremely hard and efficiently but every day we had to wait for clean plates ( some of which weren’t clean) , glasses for juice , cups for coffee, buns, bread etc which was very frustrating . Although they were trying to check room numbers on entry and collect payment if needed they were so busy and so many people were coming in they walked straight in so who knows if they should have paid or not . Again the staff were fantastic but more staff need to be there . ( and we weren’t there at the peak times noted in the elevators )"
