We are doing a few modifications inside the other downstairs bedrooms to upgrade our guest experience. This will not affect the rest of the bedrooms or common spaces at all.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire home is yours: both levels, the pool deck, the upper patio with the sauna and hot tub, the game room and the fenced backyard. The two levels are connected by stairs, and the pool and hot tubs have their own fence inside the fenced backyard. Self check-in with a keypad smart lock on the front door. The driveway fits 5 cars, with street parking beyond that. Check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 10 AM.
GOOD TO KNOW

• Pool and hot tubs are fenced; please still supervise children around the water
• Pool heat is available for an additional fee on request, not on by default; ask at least 7 days before arrival (a $25 late fee applies inside 7 days)
• Exterior security cameras for safety: the doorbell, over the garage, and over the west and north exterior entrances. None inside.
• All fireplaces are electric; the fire pit is propane, and city rules keep its flames under 6 inches
• Quiet hours after 10 PM (Sedona ordinance)
• No pets
• Please do not approach or feed wildlife (javelinas, bobcats, scorpions), and keep food and trash secured
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
You are in West Sedona, a 10-minute walk from the Airport Mesa trail, and guests say the view from the house beats the airport overlook itself. Our fall and winter picks: sunset at Airport Mesa, then dinner with red rock views at Mariposa. Tlaquepaque for shopping and dining, 4 minutes by car, and Sunset Park, 6 minutes. Cool-weather hikes to Devil's Bridge and the Chapel of the Holy Cross, fall color along Oak Creek at Slide Rock, and clear nights for stargazing at Cathedral Rock.
GETTING AROUND
You will want a car. The driveway fits 5 cars, with street parking beyond that, and there is an EV charger at the house. Flagstaff airport is about 40 minutes (27 miles) and Phoenix Sky Harbor about 90 minutes (110 miles). In town, Tlaquepaque is 4 minutes, Whole Foods 3, and Safeway and Bashas' 5; the Airport Mesa trail is a 10-minute walk.
