The Space:
This charming home features a comfortable layout designed for relaxation and convenience. The spacious King Suite offers a private ensuite bath, complete with a walk-in shower and TV, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The Queen Guest Room provides a cozy space for additional guests, ensuring everyone enjoys a restful stay. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything you need for preparing meals, while the dining area offers ample seating for enjoying them together.
The living area features comfortable seating and a TV for unwinding, while the office area includes a pull-out twin bed, offering additional sleeping arrangements for your convenience. A full bathroom with a shower-tub combo ensures easy access to all the amenities you need, and the washer and dryer offer ultimate convenience for longer stays.
Step outside to enjoy the inviting outdoor space, where you’ll find a dining and seating area, perfect for alfresco meals or lounging in the fresh air. The propane BBQ grill adds an extra touch of outdoor dining fun, making it easy to enjoy Sedona’s beautiful weather while cooking up your favorite meals.
Guest Access:
Guest have sole access to the property during their stay and are able to access the home via keypad at or after 4 pm on their check in date until 10 am on their check out date.
The Neighborhood:
This home is located in West Sedona. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful yet centrally located minutes from Sedona’s top amenities — hiking and biking trails, grocery stores (including Safeway, Whole Foods), vortex sites, shopping, tourist attractions, restaurants, cafes, and more.
Getting Around:
It's best to rent a car when visiting Sedona. Please use the Sedona Shuttle for trail head access.

We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
No Pets!
No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.
No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.
Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
NO FIRES May 1 - October 1 or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.
We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.
By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.
We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
