Beautiful, modern, mid-century style home with spectacular views & wide open living spaces. On a quiet cul-de-sac nestled below majestic Coffee Pot Rock. Central A/C, & all the comforts of home. Fully equipped with everything you need for a perfect Sedona stay! Private 2 person Caldera Spa & terrific outdoor spaces with gorgeous views. Shaded patio looking out upon Sugarloaf & Thunder Mountains. Great wildlife photo opportunities! Just a few blocks down from the Sugarloaf trail which offers spectacular, easy to moderate hiking.

Our home is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood. Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone respect the City of Sedona quiet hours from 9:00pm-7:00am, so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood.

You will definitely want to take advantage of the outdoor space with 2-3 person Hot Tub, BBQ, Dining Table w/ 6 chairs, Outdoor Sofa, and Fire Pit surrounded by enchanting, mature landscaping and of course, those views!

Guest access: Whole home, Garage, backyard Patio

Living Room: Offers brand new comfortable furnishings, large windows bringing in plenty of natural light and those majestic views. Relax and Unwind after a day of hiking. Do some yoga on the provided mats or play games with the family.

Kitchen: This kitchen space is fully equipped and offers some modern touches, such as a stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, convection cooktop, microwave. Island with Bar seating. Walk-in Pantry.

Dining Room: There's seating for up to ten guests in the dining area, along with the additional kitchen bar seating. Out on the adjacent patio you can enjoy outdoor dining, a BBQ grill and amazing red rock views.

2nd Living Room: Comfortable brand new reclining couches, Smart TV with Cable and DVR.

Master suite– King size luxury bed, private bath with a spacious shower. Smart TV, Sliding door to backyard.
Bedroom 2 – King size luxury bed, Futon/Couch (almost twin size 42" x 70"), hall bathroom with shower/tub combo. Smart TV.
Bedroom 3 – Queen size luxury bed, hall bathroom with shower. Smart TV.

Laundry area: Full size laundry room with washer, dryer.

Garage/Parking: Two-car garage with additional driveway parking. 1 car fits in garage, 2 cars on driveway. NO Boat/RV/Trailer parking without prior approval from hosts.

Beautiful and relaxing setting

The house was exactly as presented. Spacious rooms, comfortable furniture, beds and an extremely well stocked kitchen. It is obvious that the host wanted you to feel at home with comfy throws, a bottle of wine and snacks to welcome you. The setting and views from the property and neighborhood are breath taking. The hot tub was an added bonus to this wonderful home. We highly recommend this lovely property.

Perfect spot in Sedona

This is a beautiful, super clean home in a very nice and quiet residential neighborhood, within an easy drive to restaurants, shopping, and the hiking/sightseeing spots for which Sedona is well known. We loved the spaciousness of the home and especially having three bathrooms along with three bedrooms (one en suite). Also, the outside yard included multiple seating areas that were lovely for enjoying a morning coffee.

Girls trip in Sedona

We absolutely loved our stay at this great house in West Sedona. The location was perfect and the surrounding scenery was gorgeous. The hosts were great to work with. When we come back,to visit we will definitely choose this property again.

HS Senior Trip

Our HS Senior picked Sedona, Grand Canyon and Scottsdale as his spring break trip. Sedona started things off and what a great way to start. House was PERFECT. Location, amenities, host…everything. Unreal views from the back yard and you could walk to the trailheads. We did Sugarloaf, Tea Cup, Thunder Mountain and Chimney Rock. All easy to moderate but still with mind blowing views.House had everything you would need and more. Host really went out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Thank you so much, Kirsten.

Wonderful stay

Our family had a great trip to Sedona, and this house was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of space and it was beautifully decorated. There were so many special touches that really made this a great stay. The neighborhood is perfect for jogging and just going for a nice walk. We highly recommend this home!

Sedona hiking vacation

Six adults stayed at this house. We were all impressed with the house and neighborhood. The house was close to our hiking destinations. The kitchen is very well stocked. The backyard had a hot tub and places to relax.

Excellent property and communication

This is a beautiful property with many amenities! We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was and we used the hot tub and fire pit and the games they had on a daily basis. It is an excellent location near trailheads and restaurants and grocery stores. Kristen and Phil were incredibly responsive to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay!

Sedona Serene Retreat was one of our best Vrbo stays ever! Plenty of space (and bathrooms! :)), clean, and fully stocked. The hot tub was awesome! The hosts made us feel so welcome with snacks and a bottle of wine when we arrived. The location was superb and close to everything! You could practically touch the red rocks surrounding the neighborhood. So beautiful. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Fantastic Stay

Very nice, comfortable house in a very quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed seeing the Javelina walk through the front yard. Had everything we needed to make meals. Comfortable beds, awesome area to watch movies, large dining table to play cards. If weather had been a little warmer (was 32 degrees), we would have used the hot tub and nice backyard. Fantastic place!

Home Away From Home

Our hosts thought of absolutely everything to make our stay feel like we could enjoy all the comforts of home and then some! The location is as convenient as it is stunning. I appreciate great communication and these hosts were consummate communicators and always made us feel like we were supported during our stay. We would book with these hosts again in a heartbeat! Fabulous House

Very nice house with very responsive and helpful owners. Included thoughtful amenities like a red rocks pass, blue tooth speaker, coffee/creamer, and toiletries. Would absolutely stay here again - everything was comfortable, tons of space, and a great experience. The location was perfect. There's even a great hiking trail half a mile from the house where you can hike under a mile to an incredible sunrise/sunset view of Sedona. We can't wait to come back!

Just perfect!

Everything about this property exceeded already high expectations. Beds were so comfortable, baths and kitchen well supplied. I liked the clothes dryer better than my own! Very convenient to dining and activities. We don’t have a single suggestion for improvement. The hosts checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well.

A beautiful home in a beautiful place!

My family and I have used VRBO many times and this is the nicest place we have ever stayed. The hosts have thought of everything to make the stay a wonderful one! From a great bottle of wine to greet us to beach towels for the hot tub, plenty of starter supplies, coffees, and YES!!!, a lighted makeup mirror! The beds were super comfy and we had more than enough room to spread out. The location is also wonderful, close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and beautiful hikes. The neighborhood is quiet and it was wonderful to sit by the fire pit at night and see so many stars. I cannot recommend this home enough and next time we come to Sedona we will definitely be back!

Well appointed in nice West Sedona neighborhood

The hosts have thought of every detail in how they have setup and appointed this West Sedona home - hot tub, fire pit, media room, living room. The home has an upscale feel with quality furniture and decorations. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with any appliance and cooking gear one could need. Location is up the hill in a mid-upscale West Sedona neighborhood. There are Sedona's trademark massive red mountains and trails just a couple blocks away.

Amazing home and location - clean, comfortable and all the amenities!

We had a wonderful stay at this Sedona retreat! We have stayed at many VRBO properties, and this was one of the best experiences we have had. The property is very clean and hotel-like, with all the amenities you could ask for. All of the little things are offered like, bath products, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, games, etc. We cooked several meals and had everything that we needed, and all of the appliances are updated and clean. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub that was perfect in the evening to look at the stars and recover from our hiking. The location of the house is perfect - close to downtown, near plenty of hiking trails, and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We rented a Jeep one day to drive off-road trails, did lots of hiking, and drove up to the Grand Canyon one day. Kirsten provided great support and answered the couple of questions that we had right away. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again in the future!
