Loved this roomy, well-appointed home and all of it's majestic mountain views!!! We hiked our legs off on the numerous trails that were LITERALLY right there in the neighborhood!!! Thank you for the fabulous getaway home!!!

We enjoyed our time here as a family. Nice views. We did have trouble with ants during our staying, and found a used feminine product in one of the rooms. So don’t know how often the house is checked by cleaners while vacant. But other than those two issues, my family and I enjoyed it.

My family had a wonderful and relaxing stay in this West Sedona home. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. All of the furniture was very comfortable and the whole house was immaculate and much bigger then I expected. We loved the giant bathtub w/fireplace in the master and the choice in art/decoration. Also the trails right near by were amazing. I highly recommend this stay!

We had a great stay at this house. There were 4 friends visiting together for a long weekend and it was perfect. The house is immaculate, very comfortable and well-stocked for guests. We could walk to the trailhead and didn’t have far to drive to restaurants or shopping. We LOVED it. Thank you !

This property was perfect for our family’s Christmas vacation. The house was a wonderful size and there was plenty of space for our entire family. The location was wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for better views! We would definitely recommend this property.

This was the second time we have stayed and we really enjoy it. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Red Rocks. House is very spacious and close to all the shopping and trails. Will stay again.

We loved this property for the view, location and hiking within walking distance. The property has beautiful views from so many windows and was very accommodating to our time. There was a misunderstanding with the cleaners, so when we arrived it wasn’t in the shape it should have been. Tim, the owner was in direct communication with me and sent someone back out to take care of this and even refunded us for one night stay. I really appreciated Tim taking care of things and I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again!

We were on a 16 day traveling vacation, stayed at 4 rental homes. This one by far was the best. It was very clean, we had access to the two car garage, kitchen was stocked, laundry was huge, living room comfortable for all 5 in our party, views were amazing and star gazing was a delight. Home is located in West Sedona at bottom of Coffee Pot Rock. It was easy access to groceries, and we were able to take some back roads to avoid some the main street traffic to get to local dining. Only thing we noted is there was no ice maker and we ended up buying a bag of ice for the freezer during our stay.... small beans. DEFINITELY would stay again.

The view from the living and dining rooms was spectacular. The house itself was modern and new in a nice residential neighborhood but there were issues. We had trouble with ants in the kitchen. We bought some cake and left it on the counter in the kitchen. Mistake. We also had a smoke detector battery alarm go off at 2 AM, of course. Neither an insurmountable problem that can easily be addressed as, I’m sure will be. The house has multiple patios so a hot tub and grill would be nice although we we spent so little time there we probably wouldn’t have used the grill. Overall a very nice modern new home with a spectacular view.

I was in Sedona with my parents, brother and sister in law. This house was perfect for our stay! The house is spacious so we were all able to spread out and did not feel like we were on top of each other. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and really had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor living spaces.. We did have an issue with the coffee maker. I texted the owner and got an immediate reply. My only mild complaint is that the water pressure in the "guest" bathroom was awful, but the water pressure in the master bath was great. I would definitely stay here again if my travel plans take me back to Sedona.

Based on photos believed property would meet our needs. Property exceeded our expectations. Views were magnificent. Beds, sheets, pillows, towels, plates, silverware were all top of the line. Toilets, showers and baths had wonderful water pressure and immediate hot water. Open layout and furniture inside and out was comfortable. Highly recommend.

The house was in a stunning setting with views of the marvelous red rock landscape. The house was beautifully decorated and spacious. It was a great fit for our group of 6- including 3 children. The owners were wonderful to work with. It was in a great location in Sedona.

Although our visit was short our family of four still enjoyed our trip to Sedona. It is very tempting to sit and relax in this beautiful home but we manage to get on a trail hike nearby as well as a trip in town. As mentioned by other reviewers the house match the description and it is in perfect harmony with the natural beauty surrounding this area. We will definitely be back.

The house was lovely and a great use of space. Fit our group of 8 nicely. Very convenient for a weekend in Sedona. Only down side was one bed didn't have clean sheets and the hot tub was broken when we were these so were not able to use that.
