Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms offer restful spaces after a day of exploring Sedona. The first bedroom includes one king bed with two small twin beds on a trundle. The second bedroom provides two king beds, and the third features one king bed. Each room includes Cariloha mattresses and sheets, closets with hangers, nightstands with reading lamps, and extra pillows and blankets to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms are stocked with essentials such as towels, toiletries, and hair dryers. Both include showers, and one offers a tub for soaking. Each bathroom features a bidet, hot water, and heated toilet seats for added comfort.

Living spaces
The living room is designed for both relaxation and togetherness. A large sectional sofa and lounge chair provide space to unwind, while a 75-inch HDTV with Amazon Prime Video, Chromecast, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix offers endless entertainment. Books and reading material invite quieter moments, and mood lighting enhances the evening atmosphere.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances—a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer—along with a Keurig coffee machine, blender, toaster, and baking sheets. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided. Share meals around the indoor dining table for six or take them outside to the deck, where another table for six pairs dinner with mountain views.

The home includes central air conditioning, central heating, a ceiling fan, and an additional window AC unit for personalized comfort. In-unit laundry with a washer and free dryer ensures convenience during your stay. WiFi and an ethernet connection keep you connected, and safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Access:

You’ll be in the main house off the main driveway. Turn in to the left and you’ll see the parking signs and the door to the main house. You can access everything on this main level.
