The Space:
This well-appointed, bright, and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, located just near Oak Creek and the vibrant art and shopping village. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub, offering a tranquil retreat. The second bedroom comes with two twin beds, while the third bedroom features another king bed, making this home perfect for families or groups. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom, which includes a shower-tub combo.
Outside, you'll find a private hot tub for relaxation under the stars, along with a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining area that seats six. The comfortable seating area faces the stunning Red Rocks, providing a perfect spot for enjoying the natural beauty and serenity of the area. Whether you're cooking a meal, enjoying a soak in the hot tub, or simply lounging outside, this home offers a peaceful space to unwind and enjoy Sedona's beauty.
Guest Access:
You have access to this entire 3bed 2 bath home, the garage and its outdoor space. There is a Keypad on the door so you can check in at any time past 4 on your check in date until 10 am on your check out date.

Loved, central Sedona neighborhood near Talaquapaque and Oak Creek.
Getting Around:
It's best to rent a car in Sedona.
Also, please use the local Free, Sedona Shuttle, for trailhead transportation.
Other Things to Note:
No indoor fires in the fire place.

Check in is 4 p.m.
Check out is 10 a.m.
No exceptions.
We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.
No Pets!
Pack N Play and Highchair available upon request.
We do not accept mail at this address.
No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.
No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.
Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.
Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.
NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.
We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.
By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings.
We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!
Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.
Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
