"Let’s start with some positive because honestly there aren’t very many. The location was good for the area. The bed was comfortable and the fire pit area was cute. His communication and responsiveness was excellent. However, I would not call this a cabin by any stretch of the imagination. The bathroom situation was NOT AT ALL acceptable at all. "This cottage was a pleasant change from the bustle of Bar Harbor. Although its small and cozy, it had what we needed for a short term stay. Barring a few check-in inconveniences, it was comfortable and we especially enjoyed the firepit that we spent time at after a long Acadia Park hiking adventure."

Only downfall is very narrow spiral stair case if you have to get luggage to the loft and they should hang the tv on the wall and get rid of large piece of furniture to be able to put a stand to put luggage on in the master bedroom.
