"Quick weekend away fro St. Louis, my wife and wanted some quiet. This property was great but was also convenient to lots of restaurants, antiques and hiking around Cape Girardeau area. 12 mins from Trail of Tears state park about 15 from town. Quick responses from our host and easy to work with."

There was a severe weather alert at 4 am during our stay and the hosts were checking on us the entire time to be sure all was well. We will definitely be back, for a longer stay next time! 🙂"

"The remote peacefulness of this location was amazing. Rustic isn't a valued word anymore. Wildly fun to sit on the patio of the cabin and just listen to nature and the rainfall, my gosh! We walked trails, played rounds of games in the gaming cabin. Swam and jumped off that pontoon a dozen or so times. The paddle boards were great too! We totally plan to go back and have already been making plans to see the Happy Farm family again!"
