"Very clean hotel. It has air conditioning and heat. Breakfast was excellent ! The only things I didn’t like are No lift to move luggage upstairs Not 24 hours check in. If you can’t check in their available hours in the morning , you have to wait till the reception reopen at 3:00 to 6:00 in the afternoon. "

"Stayed here for my birthday as wanted somewhere close to Frome and Stourhead. Lovely room with everything you need; sympathetically restored old building with 5 bedrooms. Bed very comfortable and shower very good. Stayed for an evening meal and enjoyed the lovely breakfast."

"The bedroom was ok, but bathroom left a lot to be desired, less than a third of a toilet roll no spare, no glasses glass or plastic to clean your teeth, bath panel cracked, toilet needs a lot of bleach in it for it to be clean, soap dispenser in shower not working. Had a shower went from nice warm water to cold. Bed was comfortable and nice white towels. Room 4 right above the bar can be noisy would we stay again? No."

"It was a great stop for us in our walk in the area . Staff very kind and friendly , food tasty (we had the homemade curry ) . Drinks were also good we had a draught beer and cider. "great welcome and service from owner. room and breakfast great. The farm was on the edge of the village but no easy walks from the farm. I felt I needed the car for any activity. it was unfortunately the main road in Fordingbridge was closed to traffic for my stay , this was not an issue long term for the property but did affect my stay."

"Great lodging! A very short walk from the train station, and yet very quiet. Smelled fresh, very clean. Our 1 bedroom was terrific. Full kitchen, living space with couch and tall desk table. Bathroom tiny but worked for us…and so clean! Bed was comfy. Front desk person was kind and welcoming.
