A genuine stay for all those who choose to relax and leave the stress of the city behind. The favorable central position allows you to reach both the hilly and the seaside area in a short time. Guests can count on an area of 200 square meters where everyone can find a corner to spend time alone, or find themselves together with others in the large living areas, designed especially for moments of sharing.
A rustic dwelling, with angular lines, but inside it is characterized by country-shabby furniture and sometimes retro. A sober, romantic property that invites its guests to take refuge in the warmth of its rooms, with wooden furniture and soft colors. The large windows let the sun's rays pass by illuminating the rooms with natural light that enhances the spaciousness of the rooms. Old equipment from the peasant past come back to life as decorative objects that tell the story of the past. Upstairs, the bedrooms are furnished following the tradition of the place and trying to convey to their guests an unforgettable experience. The wooden furnishings are the undisputed protagonists present in every room of the house. A feeling of strength due to the presence of solid wood furniture with rustic and bleached finishes that accentuate the brightness of this holiday home.
The available space is spread over two floors connected by a wide staircase with two flights. The ground floor consists of a bright corridor almost 1.5 m wide, a large bathroom / laundry room with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet; a bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs, the corridor of about 1.2 meters connects the 4 bright and spacious rooms of about 20 square meters each, the bathroom with shower / bath, sink, toilet and bidet. The ends of the corridor lead to two terraces, one facing the street and the other facing the courtyard. To access the house from both entrances it is necessary to climb a short flight of stairs, for mobility problems a ramp is provided on individual request. Bicycle rental on request.
Guests will have access to all the spaces described under the heading "Lo spazio", escuse attic and cellar.
The south entrance of the house overlooks a courtyard with patio, table with benches and gas barbecue, for the smaller slide, swing and rubber pool, the area lends itself to stay and eat in good weather; there is also a convenient parking and a service bicycle to reach the center of the village. Guests also have beach toys, a ball and 2 umbrellas.
Next to cities such as Udine, rural agglomerates rise in which the urban frenzy gives way to the quiet and slow rhythms of simple living, of places surrounded by vast, multicolored countryside. In this land, between rural views and the magic of tradition, stands the Holiday House "Ortensia"
The property is located in Grions (fraction of Sedegliano), a village inhabited mainly by locals, which encompasses a special charm. The favorable central position allows you to reach both the hilly and the seaside area in a short time.
A few hundred meters, in the center of the village, you can find a mini market with fresh and local products, at the bar advising in the morning the staff will be available to prepare dinner.
The car is the most convenient way to get around. At the center of the village there is a bus stop for Udine, San Daniele, Codroipo. At about 8km you can find the train station with connections to Udine, Trieste and Venice.
