No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. Deshalb habe ich eine andere Unterkunft gebucht. Fewo-Direkt hat das Geld abgebucht und bis heut nicht zurücküberwiesen. Ich warte noch immer auf das Geld für einen Urlaub den andere abgesagt haben."
