The manager was very helpful in solving the problem where I had little hot water and she addressed the issue right away and it was checked and resolved. "The property was great, especially for the price. Very easy walk to Broadmoor Arena. The elevator could use an update, but overall there was new carpeting, very comfortable beds and great breakfast. We'll definitely stay there again."
