"The hotel may not be so new but the interior is so well maintained that it feels really new. The location is good as it is located just opposite a mall although we didn’t really shop in it. Breakfast is Japanese style but the only complain is the rice is not the same quality as those they used in Japan hotels."

"Check in process was terrible they couldn’t find my reservation in computer system , 15 minutes after searching my reservation in the system he said provide me with your reservation number I don’t why I have to provide my reservation number when I already provided him my ID.
