"We got at the Hotel at 5PM and we got out at 5.30 PM the same day Rooms were smelling pipi and even elevator as well as smelling tobacco inside the rooms we got to the front desk they even refuse to refund they said sorry you got in already ????? What were we supposed to do !!!!! so we left and booked at Sheraton Marriott Bonvoy with an excellent welcome and nice rooms with an upgrade for both rooms at a cost of 480 us dollars the Columbus Hotel is a Scam this is a prostitution exchange place...

"We booked this hotel because they had a junior suite room with a couch and the room itself was nice. I have no complaints there. The hotel though was not great. There was very limited “lobby” space and it didn’t seem like it was used at all. The restaurant was closed for renovation and the pool closed at 7 so if you wanted to hang out outside your room there were no real options. The gym was very limited and both ellipticals sounded broken. (Although they worked). Again - the room was good - but...
