"If you're planning on taking public transportation from the airport or around town - this location could not be better. Being connected to GCS made getting around so easy! The hotel itself is fine. They let us check into our room at 9:30am without any issue. The bathroom had a mildew-y smell and the hot water wasw luke at best, but overall ok. The beds were comfortable. And the hotel was pretty quiet. I would stay here again."

"This Hyatt was a find. It's close to Penn Station and to Murray Hill which is what we wanted. The room had just been renovated and was lovely. Construction on side made elevator use somewhat problematic but that will soon be over. Highly recommend."
