"It was a nice hotel. Very big and beautiful lobby. There was a destination fee at check in of around $140 (non-refundable) and a $300 incidental fee that’s refundable after checkout. That was not expected and a lot of money to foot all at start of trip. But other than that, check in was smooth sailing. The room was run-down and in major need of an upgrade. Very disappointing! For instance, shabby looking carpet, older and dusty furniture. The chaise lounge had very noticeable stains and spots....
