Staff was very helpful with giving recommendations and directions around Altstadt Nuremburg. The only down side was how small the bathroom was, and how small the available parking is. Both of those things are easy to overlook. "

"Staff very rude or not helpful. Gave attitude of we were bothering them. We were told at check in we could charge breakfast to room. Lady at breakfast said no we couldn’t. Went to pay they said yes to charging to room. Lady at breakfast again said no. Finally they let us eat but we had to pay. Next day we just paid up front. Terrible attitudes. No phones in room to call front desk. If you needed towels or toilet paper you had to go to front desk to get it. Felt crappy having to take roll of paper from front desk clerk as they were checking in people "
