Location location location. Close to downtown Woodinville, all wine districts, and restaurants, including Walla Walla Steak Co. Easy freeway access. Light-filled large open kitchen includes a breakfast nook and adjoining family room with large TV. French doors open to large stamped patio w/gas BBQ. Main level includes 4th bedroom/den. Upper level has 3 bedrooms including master w/fireplace, spa-like bathroom & large walk-in closet. AC for hot summer days. Relax in new hot tub and spend evenings around the inground fire pit or gas fire table. Conveniently located to Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond and Seattle. 1.5 hours to skiing at Stevens or Snoqualmie. Sammamish river trail and the Burke Gilman trail both within walking distance. St. Michelle Winery concerts and Woodinville Wednesday concerts take place all summer and are super fun. There is a Saturday farmers market at Woodinville fields also within walking distance. So much to do from this great location year around! There is 1 golf course in Woodinville, Washington and 44 golf courses within 20 miles of Woodinville, including 14 public, 13 municipal and 17 private courses. The oldest course in the Woodinville area is the Seattle Golf Club which was designed by John Ball/Robert Johnstone/Arnold Palmer and opened in 1908. The longest course is The Club At Snoqualmie Ridge, which is 7,264 yards. Sahalee Country Club is rated the best course near Woodinville

Perfect stay for large family visit!

Great accommodation

Clean and modern property that was perfect for our large group aged 1-80! Attentive hosts made us feel secure and welcome and the neighborhood is delightful. Would love to stay here again on our next visit.

Perfect stay in Bothell

We had a fantastic stay at this house - great layout and space to spread out, very comfy beds, and an incredibly well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was fun too on a cold rainy morning. Would definitely stay again!!

Great spot with beautiful outdoor space!

We had such a wonderful trip! We were in town for a family wedding and the home was the perfect location to the wineries. Host was very communicative and the home has a big kitchen and beautiful outdoor space.

Great place to stay

This property was perfect for our group of 4 but can definitely sleep more. The house was clean and well supplied with everything we needed. Very close to all the tasting rooms and wonderful places to eat. The host was very responsive to any questions I had prior to arriving. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home in Wine Country

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Home had everything you could need and exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for retreat for the wedding weekend. Wish we had more time to enjoy the pretty backyard. A must book when in the area!

We had an amazing stay. This home has a very well appointed kitchen, which was a huge plus for our group. The rooms were comfortable. But the best part of this home is the backyard. The perfect area to hang out, there are three separate seating areas so plenty of room to spread out.

Do not pass this property up!!

OMG…words cannot begin to describe the level of amazement experienced by staying here. Sure…our son got married less than six miles away, and the party hotel and Rehearsal dinner were each less than 2 miles away. But Woodinville without all the nuptials is a destination in itself! What a fun little hamlet!! I wanted to give the “accuracy of the listing” a lower score because it doesn’t do this place justice! THIS PLACE ROCKs!! If it’s available and it fits your location needs (Chateau St Michelle concerts 🎵 HELLO!!) BOOK IT!!
