    * Can even walk down the hill to Seattle center, BillGate Foundation, Hop on Hop of bus tour, Chihuly Grass museum, POP Music museum and enjoy the restaurant on top of Space needle with 360 panoramic view.
    *Near cruise pier 91( 10_15 mins drive depends on traffic)
    * air-conditioners: each bedroom has window AC units,( removed after summer)
    Between living and dinning are is a big portable AC which can cool up living & dinning area .
    * Standing fans are available.
    The house is under the shade of big tree so it is always stay cool.

Great Queen Anne Location

This Queen Anne home has a great location for a family exploring the city for a day or two. The home was very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. We would stay here again.

Clean and close to Downtown

Had a great stay and it was easy to get around to other areas in Seattle (Pike St., U District, Fremont) the area was very walkable with great restaurants and other shops. Walked to the Weekly Farmers Market where there were plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as food carts.

Clean and cozy cottage in wonderful neighborhood.

It was a nice, clean and cozy cottage for my family get together Thanksgiving in Seattle. My husband and I hosted a small get together for our 2 sons and friends and the space was just right. We found all the kitchen utensils that we would need for our turkey dinner and the whole house was very clean. We really felt at home - just perfect for a family dinner. Queen Anne is a nice & safe neighborhood that makes the location of the house just ideal. Check in was easy and without any hassle. Thanks Hana.

Cute townhome with lots of spiders and an overbearing host

The townhome is well-situated centrally in Queen Anne but be prepared to deal with a host who has more house rules than could ever be followed and many unwelcome insect guests. Given the relatively high price, I recommend seeking another rental.

Great location

The home is charming and clean. Ideal for my solo working trip near my companies HQ. Love how close I was to walk to coffee shops, grocery stores, banking and restaurants. Only thing I was surprised about was the garbage service for the neighboring commerce building. Made for some unexpected noises daily. Due to the location of the home I made sure ride share picked me up nearby or at a specific point of interest.

The lovely craftsman home was the perfect size for our one month stay in Seattle. One cannot ask for a better location... perfect for walkers. Just off the main shopping area in Queen Anne. We walked to Safeway and Trader Joe's for groceries... very convenient. There are several eateries within a short distance of the house and lots of parks nearby. We walked to Kerry Park just about every morning to see the view and along West Highland Drive. It felt very safe. The location was ideal for our needs. The house is in an alley... very private. Every place we wanted to go was within a 15 - 20 minute drive or a 10 - 15 minute walk. We walked to Olympic Sculpture Park, along the Waterfront then to Pike's Place Market. The Space Needle is also within walking distance. We walked to Gasworks Park... we would recommend driving there... it's not far but the hike back up to Queen Anne was a tough one in the rain.There is a large condominium complex across the way... we could hear the gates squeak when cars would enter/exit the garage... not the fault of the host...other than that it was quiet. Despite that we enjoyed our stay very much. There was parking on the side of the property which made it very convenient. The house was clean and the host was very thoughtful with respect to what visitors may need during the stay.The host was extremely communicative and addressed issues that arose promptly during our stay and made the check-in and check-out very easy.

Wonderful home/ Fantastic location

There really isn’t anything that I can say that will adequately convey how awesome this house was. To start, it was spotless clean when we arrived and contained everything we might need during our stay. It is an older home with a great deal of charm and the host was gracious enough to leave instructions for any questions that may arise. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance to stores. restaurants, pubs, grocery, parks, and coffee. In addition, public transit was easily accessible with direst lines to the Seattle Center and downtown. You really do not need a car although there is parking if needed. Finally, the host was amazing. She responded right away to questions and provided thoughtful recommendations about things to do and nearby stores and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again!

Perfect location, perfect downtown home base!

First of all just want to say that my wife and I really, really enjoyed our stay here. I would recommend this place to anyone. Place was clean and tidy when we arrived. It IS small, but the square footage is in the title so we all know that. For a couple, solo traveller, or even a pair of couples if willing to live close, it is sufficient. The owner leaves little sticky notes regarding rules and locations of various provided amenities, so you don't have to worry about memorizing a lists. You can tell she has put some thought into the place, which is nice. Everything is exactly where you'd expect and everything you would expect is present. The location is absolutely ideal. It's right off of Queen Anne tucked into an alley, which provides some privacy from the busy street. Theres a residential parking garage next door that opens and closes all night, so that is kind of annoying. Free parking next to the house is tight if you have a truck, but we had no problems fitting our Land Cruiser. You can walk to anything on Queen Anne including the famous Kerry park for those views. Space Needle/Seattle Center is walkable, as is downtown/Pike Market. 30min tops to Pike Market. Owner was easy to work with, flexible, and communicative. Very sweet woman. Overall, I would recommend to anyone, and plan to stay here anytime I am in Seattle.

Hanh's place was perfect for our weekend in Seattle. The location is close to restaurants and lovely neighborhood walks. We had some family visit for dinner and the open dining room/living room was great for hanging out. Hanh was helpful and clear in our communications. She offered some fun suggestions for exploring in the area. We would definitely stay here again when we are in Seattle.

Loved this cute classic bungalow and its perfect location in Queen Anne. We had a wonderful stay with our 2 pups and were able to walk to many shops and restaurants in this great dog friendly neighborhood. Hanh is extremely responsive and was a lovely host. We will definitely come back!

Photos better than real life

This is a tiny house in an alley - very oddly situated and it’s necessary to keep the blinds closed all day, so very little natural light. The house would be a tear-down if it weren’t a short term rental. The bathroom is super cramped, and even very fit people will have a difficult time sitting on the toilet. It’s clean except for the fake plastic plants all over the place, and it’s permeated with the toxic smell of air fresheners - all of my clothes smelled of this toxic odor upon my return home. The location is good if you want to be on the top of Queen Anne hill. Very walkable.

Walkable in Seattle

Loved the house in a quaint area of West Queen Anne. It was clean and comfortable for our stay. Walked 4 blocks for donuts and coffee each morning. Quiet area, close to shops and restaurants on Queen Anne. Walk to downtown, the pier and Pike Place Market was doable for sure - about 2 miles to Pike Place Market; we walked everywhere! If you don’t walk that much, easy/reasonable UBER/LYFT to/from anywhere. Would recommend and will stay again on our next trip if the house is available.

Great stay!

Had a great stay in this home, spent the weekend with some friends, and had a small get together, this house was perfect to accommodate all of us. Along with that, Hanh was a great host, made the whole check in process extremely easy, and had great communication! Would definitely book again.
