Property has a lot to do for kids, assortment of games great home layout, next to a few parks and minimal traffic to city center but outside of the bustle. Very walkable neighborhood. There were a few issues with the property but the hostess was easy to get in touch with and fixed things immediately. Highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. It was comfortable and very well appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen especially was terrific, with plenty of dishes, flatware, cookware etc. I needed to contact the host once during our trip and she answered promptly. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.

Great location. House very comfortable, Three full bedrooms and two full baths. Kitchen well equipped . Linens and towels great and plenty of them. Lots of tv's Quiet neighborhood We had a great time with extended adult family. Would rent again.

Our two day stay allowed my wife and I and our two granddaughters and their parents to be present for a first birthday celebration of our newest grandson. Our granddaughters were excited to celebrate this and they thoroughly enjoyed the property. Our 3 year old said she "loved this house."

My family of four, as well as my sister and brother-in-law stayed at the house for 3 days while we visited Seattle. It was nice having separate bedrooms for all of us. The kids enjoyed playing the piano a bit and the stash of kids books/games! The kitchen cabinets are a bit dated but it wasn't a big deal.

We had the most amazing visit at Melissa’s rental home for a friend’s wedding. There was plenty of space for four of us to have privacy and also come together and hang out in common areas. She had thought of anything you might need while at her home and has stocked up! The local wine, snack mix and chocolate were such a sweet touch as well! You will not regret booking this space for your Seattle trip!

We felt very at home for the week- a chance to be in Ballard with our son and his family. His brother and his family joined us with their two girls and we were able to enjoy activities over Thanksgiving together with ease. Our son’s house was just a few minutes walk away. 👍 The home was ideal for us, nicely presented, very comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you!

After our stay, I’m already thinking how to use it again with friends for an extended stay in Seattle at some later date. Well maintained, roomy, home with full basement. Next to park playground for young kids and big backyard. We had three families with children visit the five of us at the house for a half day and the backyard and adjoining park made for a great family gathering for parents and young children with plenty of room outside with ample lawn chairs.

This was more space than I normally need in Seattle, but it is so perfect. Having it's own parking space really takes off a lot of stress, but the street itself also had tons of room in you plan to have any visitors or have two cars. It was a lovely stay at Melissa's place!

Perfect house for our family: 4 adults, a 6-year old and a one-year old. Quiet safe neighborhood. Walking distance to several parks with amazing views of Puget Sound, as well as grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a comfortable home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. It was centrally located to all the activities we visited. We would highly recommend staying in this home.

This is the home that someone grew up in. There's some upgrades, like the shower and the stainless steel appliances. Everything feels open and available to find your groove. As a game-changer for families, there's also the reminder that kids lived there, with lots of books, and some little bikes (lots at the park next door), and a piano (huge for our kid!). The beds were super-comfortable, and the heater was really responsive. Thank you!
