Stylish 2-bd Home, Blocks to Shops & Light Rail

Blocks from shopping (Target, Nordstrom Rack, etc.), restaurants, a movie theater, grocery store, and the Kraken Iceplex (ice skating rink). UW Medical Center is a 5min drive, while several popular neighborhoods to explore are within a 10-20mins drive (e.g. Green Lake, Capitol Hill, Fremont). A 15min walk to the Northgate Light Rail Station provides easy access to points of interest, such as the University of Washington (8mins) and the Space Needle / downtown / sports stadiums (14-18mins).

The space
Styled in mid-century modern design, this 2bed / 2bath has everything you need for a comfortable home away from home in Seattle! Smart TVs are located in both bedrooms and the living room; where you can also find books, boardgames, and puzzles for off-screen family/friends' fun. A workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi will help you get through any last-minute emails. The kitchen is well appointed, including a coffeemaker to jump-start your day, plenty of utensils, and cookware/bakeware. During the warmer days and months, enjoy the quiet backyard, complete with patio furniture and BBQ gas grill. Additional amenities to note include an iron/ironing board, fans, hair dryer, shampoo / conditioner, laundry detergent / dryer sheets, towels, and salt/pepper.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the backyard. The check-in will be done through smart locks. Details will be provided following your booking confirmation.

This house was perfect for us, halfway between my nephews and my sisters house. It was a bit hard to find at first also tricky for Uber and taxi drivers. Due to a very unusual cold streak in Seattle the heater was challenged. It was very well stocked with kitchen equipment and toiletries and the beds were very comfortable.

Home location was convenient for shopping, etc and driving when needed, but also to use light rail for popular tourist locations. Inside was clean and comfortable. No concerns. Recommended.

Cozy Quiet Home

This beautiful, clean, and cozy home is just what we needed for our 4 night trip. The home has all supplies we required for a 2 couple stay. The area is very quiet, and the home was exceptionally clean. Glen made the process very easy.

Great location near Seattle

This house was perfect for what we needed for our trip. It was convenient to everything and the house itself was clean and had everything necessary. We had a small issue and reached out to our host and he was very quick to respond and take care of the issue.

Great place for sisters weekend

House had ample parking. It was in a good location for what we had planned. The kitchen was very well stocked. It was very clean AND we forgot a couple of our items when we checked out and Glen offered to drive out if his was to bring them to us! We would totally stay here again!

Great host and comfy house

The house is on an unpaved lane of a few homes, which was off putting from the exterior and had me questioning my choice. But Don’t Worry! The house was great once we were inside. Everything is exactly like the photos and the kitchen is also well equipped. We stayed there as I recovered from brain surgery, so emotions were high. Glen was incredibly kind and communicative, even making sure the snow was shoveled off the entry walk so I could get in safely. We cooked many meals and my husband could walk to stores if needed. The off street parking in driveway was crucial. Beds and bathrooms were great. We stayed two weeks and our choice was perfect for our needs

A few nights in Seattle

Property is a single home on a very quiet cul de sac. Easy parking. Easy check in. House was clean, easy to use TVs and WiFi. Kitchen is spotless and well equipped. Bathrooms and laundry also sparkling clean and well supplied. I needed to mostly be north of downtown so the location was perfect. Communication was always responsive and helpful. I shall return!

Holiday visit

My parents, husband and daughter stayed here for two nights over the holidays and the space was great. We had a random issue with the power and the owner was immediately responsive and helpful. We were able to troubleshoot quickly and get it resolved. The space is clean and nicely updated - comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, etc. Even the sofa bed was comfortable, and that's NEVER the case! We had everything that we needed. The neighborhood isn't necessarily that walkable, but was very close to where we needed to be, and right near the Northgate Link station as well. Highly recommend this spot.

Wonderful gem

We were so happy to find a single family home with a driveway, street parking and 2 bathrooms, that everything else was just icing! House is conveniently located. Easy access to I5 and the light rail if needed. Lots of shopping an amenities close by. The house is surprisingly spacious and comfortable. We thought we would be a little cramped, but absolutely felt compfortable with 3 adults and an infant. I think an additional chair in the living room would be lovely, but we brought in chairs from the kitchen when we needed more seating. The kitchen was well-equipped and very clean. We were wishing we had some warmer weather during our trip so we could utilize the nice outdoor space. Maybe next time! Beds were very comfy with nice linens and a variety of pillows for everyones' tastes. Check in was a breeze, and the owner was very responsive when I had a question or problem. Absolutely recommend.

Beautiful Home

My husband, parents, and I spent a week in this lovely home. It was our first visit to Seattle so we didn’t know the area. The house was a 5 minute drive to the light rail station which was very convenient. We rode the trains most days to downtown and back. Grocery stores and restaurants were very close as well. The house itself was beautiful, well equipped, and clean. Having private parking was a big plus. It was so nice to have a quiet place to relax in the evenings after busy days exploring Seattle and the surrounding area. Check in/out were easy and communication with the hosts was great. Thank you, Glen and Jennifer, for a wonderful stay in your home.

Great cozy stay

We stayed for a week, the 5 of us. There were only 2 bedrooms, so we had to pull out the sofa bed, my girls slept there comfortably. The space was a bit cramped with the sofa being pulled out, but we managed. Everything was there for the kitchen, laundry, cleaning, etc. We had everything we needed and more. The place was greatly decorated, modern, and we really loved it. Kudos to Glen and his wife. Thank you so much. We truly recommend it!

Exactly as described.

Everything we needed for our stay was available. Plenty of space. Good location - only a 15 minute walk from the Link train. Close to the I-5, but not so close that traffic noise is a problem. Shopping centre nearby which is still being developed so should provide more in the future.
