Spacious & Modern 3 Bedroom in Madison Valley

Welcome to the Madison Valley AIRBNB. This newly-renovated home is located in the beautiful Madison Valley neighborhood of Seattle! It is the perfect place for families or groups of friends to relax and enjoy everything Seattle has to offer. Centrally located, with easy access to UW, Capitol Hill, the Arboretum, Eastlake, and just minutes to downtown/City Center. Madison Hill is a vibrant, family-friendly neighborhood. There are a plethora of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby.

As you step into the house, you'll be greeted by a bright and spacious living room, complete with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom each have a king-sized bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a king-sized bed that can be pulled into a twin-sized daybed. Each bed is fitted with a luxury Saatva mattress, luxurious Brooklinen sheets, 4 firm/soft pillows.

We provide all basic amenities that you will need for your stay, including organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, all linens, and we provide a fully-stocked kitchen. Just bring your suitcase, unpack, and get ready to explore Seattle!

Guests will have access to the entire upper level of the home. The ground level is empty/vacant but is not part of the rental. There is a separate room/bathroom on the ground level that we are planning to include as part of the rental at a future date but not at this moment. There is ample private parking in front of the house for your vehicles!

We are a local management team based in Seattle. We're available to discuss/answer questions as you wish. We provide convenient self check-in.

There's several private, reserved parking spots directly in front of the house for your vehicles. You can walk to most shops/cafes/restaurants in the area (on Madison St), including Cafe Flora, Bar Cantinetta, and the Harvest Vine. We'd be happy to provide more recommendations!
