Lower Queen Anne boasts an array of dine in restaurants and quick eats. Metropolitan Market and Safeway are just a walk away for groceries!



Have fun and relax in this unique street-level loft with plenty of space for up to four people! Much like the Climate Pledge Arena next door, this unique building is eco-friendly! Ellie Passivhaus is one of the few Passivhaus apartment building to open in Seattle providing a high performance, near net zero, carbon neutral living and lifestyle!



The main level of this loft has a pull out sofa with full-size bed, four person table, TV, washer/dryer, full size ADA bathroom and full kitchen.



Our kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs, including a coffee maker to help wake you up for your vacation adventures!



The loft upstairs is equipped with a full size bed, walk- in closet, dresser and 1/4 bathroom.



Guests will also have access to the beautiful rooftop deck with gorgeous water and city views! Lounge in one of the seating areas, cook on one of the grills and enjoy the outdoor fire pit.



For your stay you are provided with linens, towels, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner and body wash.

This location is perfect for walking, Uber, or hopping on public transportation. There are also plenty of Lime Bikes and Lime Scooters in the area to get you around. We do not have parking on site, but there is are plenty of public parking lots in the area ranging from $25 - $50 per day.
