Everything was great as it was described from the ad except I was charged for cleaning fee daily but no one came to clean at all.

We rented the house for a 3 game run in the NLNC youth soccer league at fields in nearby (5 min) Vally Ridge complex. The house was easy to get around from and convenient to the hotels the teams stayed at. 4 adults stayed in 3 rooms (2 in Qn and 2 in single beds) and 2 in living area (1 on couch) and 1 used a cot provided by the hosts. We were aware of this and it was fine. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked with all pots, pans and every appliance we could have wanted. The outdoor covered BBQ area was well appointed and nice since it was a wet weekend The hosts were responsive and even though they were in town and lived below the rental they were pretty much sight unseen and when we did see them they were very nice and helpful. We did ask if it was OK to to host the team and some parents (over 18 players) for a few meals and they were fine with that which we appreciated. All in all a very good trip and VRBO for this group and I would do it again and recommend it to others who want a comfortable option to a nearby airport hotels.

If this was my business then I would know the dates my guests were arriving (which this owner did not) the house was not clean upon our arrival and the next 2 following days the power went out. The owner (which lives next door) was aware of it and actually said it was her fault because she was blow drying her hair and asked us to go to fuse box to turn it on. The next day when it happened again we just fixed it ourselves. This was very inappropriate to us. The house itself is ok(once it was cleaned) I would also recommend putting a sign with the address closer to the street with some kind of lighting on it. We arrived late and our driver and my family spent 10min walking around the street looking for the house. I will not be staying here again.

We were nervous about our trip to Seattle due to Covid 19 restrictions. And cleanesnes was our #1 priority. We were completely satisfied with how neat and clean this house is. Comfortable beds, new linens and towels. Kitchen complete with all cookware, and dining ware. They have a beautiful deck and garden area. It feels like we were staying in our friend's house. Special thanks for beautiful freshcut flowers in the dining room and bathroom.

We arrived on a late flight and after traveling 8 hours it was comforting to know we did not need to travel far from the airport. We enjoyed our stay the second time as much as the time in the Spring. This home was a perfect location to host a "friends and family" Thanksgiving. The clean and updated kitchen with its amenities left nothing needed to prepare and serve the meal while socializing at the large table or in the open living space by a cozy fire. The location was convenient for our family/friends in Tacoma, Bellevue, and Renton to visit. I highly recommend this home for your next visit.

Our family had a wonderful experience! After clearing it with the hosts, we were able to have a family get-together with everyone from out of town/state/country. Everything was as described, and it truly felt like home-away-from-home. Two issues that downgraded it from 5 to 4 stars: 1) Extremely low water pressure on the in-door water dispenser, and on Sunday there was no ice. 2) We planned a big BBQ for Saturday evening with salmon and chicken, and we were all set with the really nice, big outdoor grill. The burners did light, but they were barely on. Like they were stuck on low. Luckily we were able to put the chicken in the oven inside and do just the salmon on the grill. Even though we got through this, it was a big disappointment. It's hard only giving 4 stars, because we were so pleased with the house overall. Great communication with the hosts, and everything was neat and clean. Finally, thanks for the lightning display you scheduled for us - it was outstanding! :)

Was so Wonderful, I dont no where to start! From the heartfelt greeting to The Beautiful People in the neighborhood that offered us to pick berries, everything was great the owners which were in arms reach was attentive and made sure to make our stay as if we were family...everything was absolutely great airport is very close by, the mall, restaurants, the backyard and the basketball hoop for the children, it's a kid friendly and family-oriented neighborhood there was beautiful views as well as a very comfortable and clean, everything up to date everything was extraordinary, we would definitely rent here again.. nothing could have been better!

This property allowed us to feel comfortable. Wake up to the nice sound of nature from the backyard and no city noise. Got all you need to prepare a nice breakfast before discovering the city. Nice 24 hour market very near by. Super clean, relaxed and cozy atmosphere. We were a family of 8 and were super comfortable. Just 25 min drive from downtown. Definitely my place to stay when in Seattle.

Enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, well equipped and furnished, in a great location and spacious enough for our family reunion. This house was exactly as described!! Check in was so easy and the owner was a dream to work with! We did not have one single issue during our entire week here. There was plenty of space for our family of 5!! We had an abundant supply of towels which we were so grateful for as we have 3 teenage daughters. Quick access to all the major highways...we were downtown at the Market within 20 minutes. A great mall is less than 10 minutes away. If we go back to Seattle, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was located in a nice neighborhood. The location was ideal to do day trips to Seattle and also to Mount Rainier Park and other nearby locations. The house was very clean and had a cosy feeing, perfect for our family get together.

This house was perfect for our family that was traveling together. Very clean house that had all the amenities of home that we were looking for. Centrally located to the airport, shopping and restaurants. We were within 10-minutes of the light rail and used it several times to go into downtown Seattle for adventures and games. I would highly recommend staying at this home.

We enjoyed our long weekend at this home conveniently located to the places we needed; Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, and the airport. The patio was a great for visiting with friends during the beautiful weather. The owners provide everything needed to entertain as if if were your own.
