This a two story home with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and is around 3500 sqft. A few steps at the entrance. There is a separate guest suite in the basement and an office-ADU but the entrances are totally separate and they do not have access to the backyard.

• Second Floor: 4 additional bedrooms & 3 ensuite bathroom. 2 bedrooms have King beds; 2 with queen. The bedroom without bathroom has queen bed. All rooms have a working desk & TV.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• Garage is not part of the rental but there is ample parking on the driveway & in front of the home.
• The home has a separate guest suite in the basement, and an office ADU on top of the garage. Those were designed intentionaly and with privacy in mind - completely separate entries and walls. They do not have access to the backyard. When you are in the main house you feel totally on your own.
• Given the great layout of the home, each room can also be individually rented. If that fits your need, please inquire with us.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
