Two floors, in a quiet area one mile from the light rail which is 12 minutes to-and-from downtown Seattle. High speed internet with wireless routers on both floors. Large kitchen, formal dining room facing south with 22-foot ceilings with a table to seat 8 comfortably. Great for family reunions.

Family gathering

Wonderful home to visit our Seattle area family. Great location with easy access to North Seattle suburbs. Host is super easy to communicate with as well.

Quiet Neighborhood

This location is perfect for us. Located across from U of Washington Hospital. Quiet neighborhood. perfect for walking. So much nicer for a longer stay to enjoy a beautiful home rather than a motel room. We like it so much we are going to stay longer.

William is a great owner. He brought us a couple of fans to help with the heat wave we are experiencing. we were able to accommodate 10 on the weekend with no problem. Overall great neighborhood. safe for walking.

U of W hospital location

the access and proximity to the hospital was amazing.. it makes a tough situation way more manageable. the house is beautiful and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We stayed for a month and even meet a few of the enjoyable neighbors. Close to the freeway and not far from downtown. I would recommend it for those interested in a longer stay in seattle.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood with convenient freeway access. Well supplied kitchen for family meals. Home layout was perfect for our three-generation family including three young boys. Community garden nearby was enjoyed as part of evening walks. Especially enjoyed time on back deck in morning and evening. Thanks for everything!

Host cancelled my reservation after scheduled check-in...

Horrible experience. This host should be removed from VRBO. He did not respond to multiple messages left requesting the access code to the property. We traveled to Seattle for the weekend, had the property reserved and paid in full. After leaving multiple messages via the VRBO app, text messages, and phone call, I received a text message from him that he cancelled my reservation AFTER the scheduled check-in time (after we had already traveled to the city) and would not provide the access code for the door to the property. He claimed to have canceled the booking a day prior, but I provided a screenshot of the reservation that showed it was still reserved for me that evening, he still refused to honor the booking. VRBO customer service was of no help. The 24/7 customer support it advertises only means they have a call center available 24/7, not that it does any good, they did not provide any assistance other than an assurance I could get a refund "in 5-7 business days", and "sorry for the inconvenience". Inconvenience is an understatement. The city was booked for all VRBO properties at that point, hotels full, and the customer support rep that I spoke with promised to call back ASAP to help find a resolution, but NEVER CALLED BACK...not even an email or text. The entire experience was horrendous, leaving me and my wife, along with our children, without a booking or reservation for the weekend. Sleeping in our car was not how we planned to spend our vacation.
