Large gatherings or events are not allowed. However, you may host up to 4 additional daytime guests. Noise and motion sensors ensure peaceful stays. Violations will result in a $300 fine.
2️⃣ Quiet Hours: 10PM – 8AM
Please respect neighborhood peace and quiet.
3️⃣ No Smoking:
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $300 fee applies if detected.
4️⃣ Pet Policy:
We welcome up to 2 small dogs (under 20 lbs) — no cats. A pet fee applies. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding, be supervised, and cleaned up after.
5️⃣ No Shoes Indoors:
Please remove shoes to help maintain a clean home.
6️⃣ Self-Catering:
Starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) are provided. Guests may restock as needed.
7️⃣ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:
Available case by case with 1-day advance notice. Additional fee may apply.
8️⃣ Lost & Found:
Items left behind can be shipped for a $50 handling fee + shipping cost.
