We had a wonderful stay with our dog. The place was clean and beautiful as in the pictures. The yard was a mini oasis away from the busy city. It was so close to downtown and the restaurants which made it nice too. Such a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The Host Uli and Victor are so nice and helpful with everything. We will be back for sure!

Home away from home

Had an amazing stay when we had to come down on short notice to take care of an ill family member. The space was perfect for myself, partner, mom and our dog. Hosts were super responsive to any questions; will be our first choice to stay on our next visits.

We had a great stay at Uli’s place. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with. My husband and I were traveling with our two dogs. The property was very well set up for our needs. The fenced yard was wonderful! We used to live in the area and enjoyed seeing friends and family. The neighborhood is great for walking and conveniently located, just a short drive for shopping and restaurants. We would stay there again if opportunity should arise!

Great stay

My daughter and I stayed for 2 weeks at this VRBO. It has a great set up with 2 bedrooms and 2 updated nice bathrooms. The nano doors out to the outdoor patio are really nice. The kitchen is big and has all the kitchen equipment one would need. The added office space was perfect for my daughter. She had her own space to do her online schoolwork. The property managers are next door but they give you your privacy too. Great spot!

I'm going to try and hit all of the points that I was specifically looking for when I was reading through the reviews but didn't quite see. Additionally, these are all "Pros" The pictures don't really do this place justice. It has everything that you would need for a great weekend, week, or even month stay in Bellevue. It had everything neccessary to accomdate a longer stay. When I arrived, I immediately went into survival mode. I was prepared to purchase everything from food, to coffee, seasonings, the whole nine. I didn't need to. There are plates, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, paper towels, trash bags, seasonings and all in this place. I even left my brand new tupperware. It was very easy to make the decision to leave my item, because it was evident, everyone who stayed before me left something valuable for the next traveler. You are minutes from beautiful downtown Bellevue. I was doing business in downtown Bellevue and after the first week, ditched my rental car. There is a bus stop about 5 minutes (walking) from this house and it'll take you EVERYWHERE you may need to go. I even took the bus after dropping off my rental car. Easy, cost effective, and not what you would think of when you hear public transportation. Bathroom was perfect for the stay. Towels and all. VERY CLEAN. The guy renting the place out is a nice guy. It was a bit chilly at night when I stayed there, but all I did was text him about it and within 30 minutes I had a small space heater. I never felt like I had to worry about my privacy or someone intruding on my space. I even ran into him one day after work. He was cool, we said our hellos and went about our way. I'd stay here again for sure.

Perfect for Business Person or Couple

This studio is way more comfortable and homely than any hotel room. For anyone travelling on business or a couple on vacation this is a great place with all the amenities you need. It is located in a beautiful part of Bellevue with easy access to the city center, quick access to the lake, great walks or rides if you have a bike. The owners were extremely helpful and answered any questions quickly. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for making my stay in Bellevue area comfortable.

Perfect place for a quiet relaxing retreat

The studio is the perfect atmosphere for a couple that is looking to get away amd enjoy some awesome resturants in Bellevue. It is also perfect if you are looking at being in the Seattle area for business reasons. Downtown seattle is an easy 10 minute drive away. The house is located is a beautiful affluent neighborhood. During my stay the temperatures were on the low 80s during the day and I was comfortable leaving the door open all night to allow the breeze to flow through. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Seattle.

great little studio

I rented this studio on very short notice (1 day) and the owner was very quick in getting back to me. Its all brand new fittings and fixtures, the bed is comfortable. The owner went out of his way to lend me his bike for a morning. The quiet, suburban location is very pretty, and an easy bike ride to Bellevue downtown, It would be quite a long walk though. Best to have your own transportation. When I was there i found the wifi signal was very weak, however the owner is putting in a new system. i was in Seattle on business, this was my first VRBO experience - and it was great. Beats a hotel anyday!
