Great find and value. The house and room were clean. Communication with Vince was easy. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. If you’re looking for a simple place to crash as you explore Seattle, I’d recommend this one. Street parking wasn’t bad if you park up the street from the suite.

Ideal place to stay in Seattle for individual travelers. The room is clean and large enough for one person. The furniture and WIFI works well.

Great suite - no parking.

Loved the location; clean; comfortable bed. Not being familiar with Seattle, we expected parking to be available. Street parking only. Closest I found during my stay was 4 blocks away.

Seattle Stay

This is a small room in a shared house on the 4th floor. No elevator, stairs only. Photos say Private Kitchen, but is actually are a shared space two floors down. The room had inoperable blinds, but the bathroom was nice. Parking very difficult to find and property is located on a hill.
