My family spent a week at this condo in April 2026. Our stay was perfect and it started with the owner Gayle. Gayle was great to work with through this process, checked in on us throughout the week via text, offered suggestions on places to eat, etc. The check-in was super easy, where either Gayle or her greeter will meet you at the building, explain to you how to use the key fobs to enter the garage, building, elevator and then went up to the unit with us to make sure we were able to get in without any issues. The location was also perfect - we walked to Pike Place and around Belltown. The included parking spot was perfect and allowed us to explore outside of the city without having to depend on an uber. We visited the Skagit Tulip Festival, did a whale watching trip out of Anacortes, and these would have been difficult without a car. The condo was clean and fully stocked. And the beds.....the most comfortable beds we have had at a vrbo in a while. Check out was easy, simply leave the parking pass and key fob in the unit and you are on your way. And when we left behind something, Gayle went the extra step to help locate and ship it to me. If we ever return to the Seattle area, we will stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. It’s been the cleanest one we’ve ever been to which, for a mom, it’s a great deal. It was also very well stocked by quality products, which I also loved. The rental is centrally located to all the major sites, everything was within a 15 minute walk. We were close to restaurants and to the delicious bakery Macrina. Working with Gayle was so easy. She was so accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure our check in process fit our family’s needs, without even asking her to. Check in was easy as well as check out. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat!

Gayle and Toni? were very welcoming and accomodating. Home was clean and had anything you might need in all rooms. It was loud but earplugs were provided as promised in description. Our grandson really loved the pool and we were within walking distance to most destinations. We made several comments about things needing attention and Gayle was very receptive and committed to addressing them. Recommended.

You couldn't ask for a better location than this condo. It's an easy walk to many restaurants, the waterfront, ferries, bars, etc. We particularly loved the little Italian restaurant around the corner, La Vita e Bella.The host and her friend who assisted with our check in to the condo, and with parking, were excellent communicators, really friendly, and happy to help with anything. The condo was super clean.The only real negative is something beyond the host's control; trash pickup some days as early as 4am!

It is in a great location plenty to do all around the area. It is a little tight in the condo for six people, but four people would be very comfortable. The host was very responsive. We enjoyed the views from the rooftop terrace each morning.

We stayed here after flying into Seattle and awaiting our cruise. Great location within walking distance to many places to eat and sight see. On the fourth floor and was able to see the Norwegian cruise ship from the bedroom and living room. Close enough to walk to the port if you had very minimal luggage but would suggest an Uber. Nicely decorated and clean. No issues.

We had a wonderful stay! We had 4 adults and 2 kids. We appreciated the mattress pad and sleeper sofa for our child to sleep on and the pack-n-play for our toddler. It had been a hotter than normal week and the portable A/C unit and many fans helped a lot, plus it provided nice white noise to cover the city noise. The included earplugs were a nice touch but none of us found them to be necessary. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable. The views from the windows and balcony were beautiful. We loved being within walking distance of the Space Needle, Pike Place, the Macrina Bakery, and lots of restaurants. We took advantage of the indoor pool which was nice and warm, and the courtyard was so peaceful. The hostess who let us in and gave us a tour was so sweet and helpful. The entire property was beautiful and clean. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer. And the complimentary bottle of wine was so sweet! Our only feedback was that the shower faucet was a little tricky and the bathroom sink could use repaired/replaced. But we would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Seattle and we would love to return again someday!

This place was amazing! If you’re struggling with trying to decide you can stop here! Parking for the car that we didn’t need. Walkable to EVERYTHING and EVERYWHERE we wanted to go. Great recommendations from host. Comfortable beds. She had ear plains for us but we never needed them. Will definitely stay here if we’re in Seattle again!

It was clean and well kept up; the building is old and has hvac equipment in the apt. The management was great at helping us deal with our delayed inbound flight and the need to get into the rental to get ready for a party we needed to attend. There were several calls back and forth due to our delay and Gayle answered each of them and came up with a solution. We were grateful for her flexability.
