You will be within walking distance to all downtown attractions, including Pike Place Market, The Paramount Theater, Amazon Spheres, Waterfront & Ferries, the Space Needle & more! Additionally, you are an easy walk to Capitol Hill restaurants, shops & bars.

This unit includes free OFF SITE parking - a two block walk from the bldg.

This condo is located in the Elektra Building, nestled right next to the Seattle Convention Center. The unit boasts a new kitchen & appliances, a dedicated workstation $ new 55 inch flat screen TV for relaxing after spending your day exploring the city.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, while the living room couch can pull out to sleep an additional two people.

Even if you don't have a car, this unit has excellent access to light rail, as well as all major bus lines. Here to catch a sporting event or major show? You can easily be to the stadium district or Climate Pledge arena within minutes!

The entire condo is yours for the length of your stay.

This unit is located between downtown, Capitol Hill & First Hill. Uniquely situated for business or pleasure travel. Also close to Swedish, Virginia Mason & Harborview hospitals.

The unit comes with a free parking space OFF SITE (2 blocks from the building), and paid metered parking is relatively easy given the unique location of this building.

Lightrail and major bus lines are a short walk away.
NO SMOKING inside of any kind - if we find evidence of smoking in the house you will be subject to a $250 fine.

First time visit

It was my first time visiting Seattle for the convention taking place. The property was nice and clean and very convenient to be just down the street from the convention center, made it easy to get back and rest after the long day. Would definitely book again!
