"No elevator 😭 Spent all day walking around Seattle to come back to our hotel to no working elevator. We were on the 25th floor! Workers didn’t really seem to care or worry about how guests were going to get from lobby to rooms.. and the add to that.. stairs were outside of the building and for someone with young children and a fear of heights.. it’s something we will not risk again. Very disappointed. And we were even offered a discount for our room.."
