"The staff, location and rooms were all great. We booked a while before our trip but were never informed prior to arriving that 2 of the 3 elevators were not in service. We were allowed to use the service elevator so technically 2 were running. A heads up would have been nice though. Hopefully the problem is rectified soon as the wait times were horrendous to get up or down to the rooms. We would definitely stay there again though."
