"The front desk staff was excellent. Zaira was amazing. I called three or four times the day before we came asking various questions and she was so helpful. If she didn't know the answer she would ask and then call me back. She helped us with ideas to go to Seattle downtown, coordinated the shuttle to our ferry, and was just helpful overall. I really appreciated the frill staff too, especially Dawn. Everyone was kind though and very helpful."
