On the main level, you’ll find the living room, kitchen, dining room, and one bedroom with a bathroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom and bathroom.
Downstairs, you’ll find the third bedroom, bathroom, and laundry facilities.

LIVING ROOM
The inviting living room boasts large windows with lush views, a light gray sofa set for 2 people, a navy velvet loveseat, and a Persian rug beneath a wooden coffee table. A smart TV and soundbar atop the sleek media console provide entertainment.
Unwind in the cozy corner featuring a black granite fireplace, a leather loveseat, blankets, and a modern sideboard with a bar setup that enhances the space.

🍽️ DINING
A sleek wooden table with six olive-green chairs sits by a large window, filling the space with natural light. The open layout connects seamlessly to the kitchen and dining room.

The functional and stylish kitchen is designed to make cooking a pleasure. It features a spacious refrigerator, built-in oven, gas cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher.
A Krups drip coffee maker, French press, and tea kettle provide everything you need for the perfect start to your morning.

🛏️ MAIN FLOOR BEDROOM EN SUITE
This cozy and stylish en-suite bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with soft linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Thoughtfully furnished, the room includes a mirror, a spacious closet, a TV, portable A/C, ceiling fans, and a convenient bedside table with a lamp.
The private bathroom offers modern comfort and convenience, boasting a spacious shower, high-quality fixtures, and plush towels. Complimentary essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided to ensure a refreshing, hassle-free stay.

🛌 MASTER BEDROOM & EN SUITE BATH
Located upstairs, the master bedroom offers comfort, a king-size mattress, and sophistication. It features a private patio with cozy furniture and breathtaking views of the Space Needle, a dresser, a smart TV, and a portable A/C unit.
There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair—perfect for remote work.
The en-suite bathroom includes a full bathtub and shower combo.

🛋️ DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM
This room combines comfort and functionality, featuring a stylish sofa bed with decorative cushions, perfect for relaxation. A projector screen offers entertainment options for movie nights.
The room includes a dedicated workspace with an electric height-adjustable desk and an ergonomic office chair.
The private bathroom offers both a bathtub and a shower. With a modern, minimalist design in neutral tones, the space feels both sophisticated and cozy.

Two portable A/C units: one in the upstairs master bedroom and one in the main floor bedroom.

No A/C in the basement bedroom.

Portable fans are also available.

Note: For safety reasons, this fireplace is not available for guest use.

One designated parking space is available in the driveway next to the spiral staircase.

➜ Pet Fee: $100 per stay.
➜Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: $50 per hour, unless otherwise approved in writing.
➜ Exceeding Occupancy: $50 per additional person, per night.
➜Additional Cleaning Fee: Standard turnover requires up to 3 hours of cleaning.
➜If cleaning exceeds this timeframe, an extra $100 per additional hour will be charged.
