  • This duplex house (one unit) is one block east of Martin Luther King street, with restaurants, bars, bus line, etc. The 29th Ave is very quiet though.

    House looks like brand new. Artistic flooring on the main floor.

    Two bedrooms, one living area, one bathroom downstairs.
    Downstairs has separate entrance, so it is convenient for 2 families to share use for vacation/business trip.
