i had the best stay here. it was so central to everything fun in cap hill. i was able to walk to most everything i wanted to do while i was there, and when i wanted to take the train it was only a 4 minute walk away from the property. the pictures on the listing truly don’t do the house justice, it was absolutely beautiful and wonderfully decorated- with every amenity you could possibly need. i would absolutely stay here again. thanks so much for a great stay!

Great house to stay in. A little dusty on the floor edges, but otherwise clean. Would have liked more towels and pillows. Also the main bathroom shower would not drain for hours. Messaged and was never addressed. We liked the parking and the overall space. Plus the location was close to downtown without being in downtown.

This is a beautiful and charming historical home within walking distance of many Seattle attractions, parks and restaurants. We appreciated the family-friendly comfort of a home equipped with kitchen, driveway, living spaces and patio in the heart of a busy city. We would definitely stay there again.

Quaint 3 BR home in a great location. It was nice to have a private parking space behind gates instead of fighting for a space on the street. Great security with three key pads. Will definitely stay again if in the Seattle area. The only down side was the first night without the window AC units installed, and not enough fans. The other days and nights were cooler and the temperature upstairs was wonderful.

The host did not message us back at all about our initial dofficulties getting into the building (we were fine after 10 minutes though), and also about our concerns with the clogged shower drain.The bed sheets also had odd stains and the water filter in the fridge was dirty.The biggest positive though was the parking spot they gave AND how amazing the location was. There was a food market less than 5 minutes away and a convenience store a minute away. Amazing bars and restaurants around and also the convention center and Pike Market Place were less than 25 minutes away.
