    Prepare to be charmed in this brand-new backyard cottage that puts you right in the center of the best Seattle has to offer, while still offering privacy and making you feel miles away. Everything is bright and white inside, with the wide-plank wood floors that span the entire cottage creating a cozy, Scandinavian feel. Step through the front door into the main room, which features a full kitchen with sparkling new stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner stove.



    The Space:

    There's a small table adjacent for eating, and the living room offers a comfortable couch and flatscreen TV with streaming. If you're working from home, pop over to the bedroom and set up your workstation at the dedicated desk. Light floods in throughout the cottage via the large windows in the living room and bedroom, and, although you're in the center of the action, the lush lawn surrounding the cottage will make you feel as though you've stumbled into a secret rural retreat. Magnificent Magnolia Cottage

This cottage was perfect for our visit to Seattle. Easy access to the city for our touring, and a walkable village for dinners. The cottage was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. Beautiful, safe neighborhood.

Cozy and quiet cottage in a beautiful neighborhood. Ate breakfast every morning a short walk away at Serendipity Cafe. Go there every chance you get!! Everything you need is a very short walk away. Loved it!

Our stay at the cottage was perfect in every way! The place is immaculate and beautifully furnished, wonderful view and quiet & safe neighborhood, the price was reasonable, parking was in a locked garage, there’s everything you could possibly need in a short walking distance, and there were plentiful bathroom, bedroom, kitchen supplies. There’s even a full kitchen and a pull-out sofa bed. We’ll definitely be back again.

Beautiful and peaceful stay

The cottage was clean and modern located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. It was an easy check-in process; in addition, the cottage has a one-car garage, so parking was not an issue. The decor was organic, cohesive, very 'Crate & Barrel'; the cottage had several large windows giving the place a diaphanous and serene feel. Magnolia Court was near coffee shops, local restaurants and Trader Joes. The Kitchen was modern with a five-burner stove- everything was bright and clean, overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

Walkable cottage!

This 1 br above the garage was just what we needed! Loved being able to walk a block or two for an amazing patisserie and indie bookstore. Time to eat? Walk to a choice of restaurants for nearly any mood. The neighborhood is great - quiet, plenty of parking, and Spring had sprung with everything blooming. Centrally located for doing the touristy stuff in the city center or heading out for tracking down the Thomas Dambo trolls. We definitely would stay here again. A fantastic extended weekend.

Bright & Quiet

We loved how bright the unit was, as well as the small kitchen set up, which was perfect for prepping small meals. We loved how close it was to walk to the shops and restaurants in the Magnolia Village and the private parking space, which was very secure. The heat/AC pump was a little difficult to figure out and only had one remote for two units. Could have used a small set of instructions, as well as what the little thermostat in the bathroom was for.

Location is fantasic! The house is cute. Check in was easy and it was wonderful to have parking. Walked to Saturday market and bars, coffee shops. Quick walk to amazing views. Bathroom was not well stocked and a little worn. Towel holder was not secure, no bath mat, door stopper laying on the floor. One 1/4 roll of toilet paper with no backups. No complimentary coffee, and almost no paper towels. This is not a reflection on the place, just felt they did a rush turn over and forgot a few things. Overall good experience.
