"When I first arrived in the evening (around 5pm), the parking was amazingly full. Since it was the 3rd week of Aug, it was a very busy time. The staff were really helpful and friendly. They carry bomb-fire packages to make s'mores (sticks, chocolates, wood etc.) and offer complimentary coffee, water and tea. I really appreciate the wonderful welcoming and friendly service. The hotel room is a bit older yet still great for families to enjoy."

"The location can not been beat! Nice beds, newer towels, and small kitchen. But the property is aging and needs an update badly. No breakfast, no hot tub, and the property is old and warn. Good staff, and lobby coffee bar were nice."

"I stayed at this property years ago and had given it a 5 star review. Currently the property isn't as well maintained has it was at that time. The carpet was so dirty I had to keep changing my socks. The glass shelf in the bathroom was missing. They prefer dishes are done before one leaves and no dish soap or dish towel. Room service was requested for the next day which constituted the staff knocking on the door and handing me a pile of towels. That was it! One expects certain things for the fee that is charged... which I don't feel is unreasonable. The higher the fee the higher expectation. So, comparing previous visit with this one I was surprised! But, location of the property is excellent!!"
