Nestled along the serene Mill Pond, this brand-new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is your perfect retreat to the Oregon coast. With space to accommodate up to six guests, this home offers the ideal setting for relaxation, fun, and making lasting memories.

We are a unique collection of 24 homes designed with fun in mind. Step outside to enjoy the communal outdoor space, complete with corn hole boards, BBQ grills, and cozy fire pits. Rainy day? Head to the game room and keep the good times rolling.



The Space:

The Commons property offers three distinct unit types: Pond Units, Courtyard Units, and Roadside Units. Each home at The Commons features 2 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower, offering the perfect blend of comfort and privacy. These modern homes also include a queen pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy gas fireplace for those chillier coastal evenings.



**Please note this is a Roadside Unit. While many guests enjoy their stay in these homes, some have mentioned that road noise can be noticeable. To help with this, we provide white noise machines in each bedroom, and you’ll see that pricing for these units reflects this feedback.



If you're sensitive to noise, we’d be happy to recommend one of our Pond Units or a Courtyard Unit set further back from the road for a quieter experience.



Guests have access to the shared courtyard, where you’ll find fire pits, BBQs, a game room, and laundry facilities—everything you need to relax and enjoy your time by the coast.



There’s so much to explore just steps from The Commons as well! The beach and the start of the Seaside Promenade are only five blocks away, perfect for a morning stroll or catching the sunset.



If you’re up for some adventure, there’s a 9-hole golf course, a ropes course, go-kart racing, and even helicopter rides—all within walking distance. Whether you’re looking for laid-back vibes or a bit of excitement, it’s all right here waiting for you!



Guest Access:

Guests at The Commons can enjoy the vibrant courtyard, complete with corn hole games, fire pits, and BBQ grills—perfect for gathering and relaxing. Additional amenities include a game room stocked with arcade games, air hockey, ping pong, comfortable couches, ice machines, and a TV for added entertainment. A convenient laundry room is also available to keep your stay worry-free.



For those needing a private space, the conference room is available to rent on a first-come, first-served basis.

To keep everything secure and smooth, we might ask for a government-issued ID, a confirmation of your contact details and a matching credit card. Don’t worry—your information is only used for verification and isn’t stored. By booking, you agree to our rental terms, provide the necessary documents before check-in, and understand that check-in details will be sent after we complete the verification. We'll also place a temporary hold on your credit card as a security deposit. This hold is just a pre-authorization and will be released automatically within 2 days after check-out, as long as everything goes smoothly. Thanks for understanding!
