OCEANFRONT – Lovely condominium on the ground floor, with easy beach access and expansive ocean views! Patio overlooks the famous Promenade and with just steps to the beach path, this condominium is perfect for a beach getaway. Restaurants and shopping are 2 short blocks north, and of course the beach; just steps straight ahead. Living room has open floor plan with a queen size sofa sleeper and a queen size murphy bed. The master bedroom has a cozy king size bed and master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Second bathroom is common to the hall. Kitchen is fully appointed and includes a dishwasher. Outdoor furniture for your enjoyment on the patio to watch the beautiful sunsets. Coin op laundry on site. Parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to just about anywhere in town. No pets. NOTE: THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY.

absolutely loved the setting as well as the location - additional parking lot lessened the anxiety of parking in lot behind condos. very narrow considering all the suvs, etc.

We stayed here in October to visit grandchildren. The weather was typical stormy Seaside, Oregon. The condo was clean, quiet and easily accessible. Parking was very tight, elevator tiny. We used the stairs since we only needed to go up one flight. They were still cleaning when we arrived for check in at 4pm, however it was clean and they were just prepping to leave the property. Awkward but safe. We would stay here again.

This property was beautiful and so close to downtown seaside with a 2 minute walk. It has everything we need, and the owners were great at communicating. We'll be back for sure.

This was our second stay in this unit. It have been upgraded with heated floors along with other upgrades. Bed and furniture were comfortable. Mgmt Staff was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely rent again.

Perfect location, very clean, and quiet. The sleeper sofa and master were very comfortable with quality bedding. Management was quick to respond when we needed them. Tips: bring your own beach towels and or blanket, as none are provided. Our F150 truck did not fit in main lot, the adjacent, overflow lot is conveniently across the street. Was nice to have ample paper towels, TP, and dishwater pods. Would have been nice to have more kitchen dish towels.

You can’t beat the location. The view is amazing and it’s close to everything. The place needs some TLC. Doorknobs are loose and don’t lock, tub drains really slow, the thermostat is not adjustable. The kitchen pans and glasses are beat up, and the utensils are rusty. The coffee maker did not work. My family of five had lots of room, and you could probably put an air mattress on the floor too.

This condo is in the perfect location, steps from the promenade and with a panoramic view of the ocean. You can't beat that. However, the condo has some tired furnishings, like easy chairs where the leather is cut or worn through. Also, given the extra cleaning in place due to the pandemic, we expected it to sparkle. Instead, we found sheets that were musty and with small stains that hadn't come out in the wash. The towels also smelled a bit musty. Some of the glasses and bowls in the kitchen hadn't been fully cleaned either. We would recommend this unit for the location, but we would have liked some more attention given to cleaning and updating.

The king bed is in bad need of replacement. The hidabed in the wall was more comfortable. A/C wouldve been nice. Other than that the place was lovley and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall everything was nice. The only problem ...when you opened the door there was an overwhelming fried fish odor that never went away the 3 days we were there. Even spraying everything with lysol didn't help.
