This is a newly listed property, but has been a successful vacation rental for many years. 

Open the windows on the fully enclosed sun porch and take in some fresh beach air!!

The house is owner operated and is set up so you never have to pick up or drop off a key. Arrive, unpack and have fun! If you're interested in our past reviews for our other houses in Seaside, there's information for them at the bottom of this section. Just scroll down!

The house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, from beach chairs and toys, to kitchen supplies. If there's something special you need, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

We also own the house directly next door. As you look at the house, it's the house on the right. 3 bedroom, 1 bath VRBO #341972. We have another two bedroom, one bath house, VRBO #977766 located 1/2 block from the beach on 5th Ave.

Perfect little spot

This house was a perfect spot for us to land. It’s old as others have mentioned, but it’s comfortable and spacious. The yard is fenced, perfect for bringing our little dogs along. Location is an easy walk to the beach and down town.we were also given an early checkin which was so kind!

Charming characterful beach cottage

Charming cottage just steps from the beach and promenade. The picket fenced yard was perfect for the pup to hangout. The interior/decor (and smell) is reminiscent of a grandparents home, well loved and lived in. The most significant negative is that the entire home needs a thorough deep cleaning including all the furniture. It ticks all the right boxes minus the cleanliness issue.

This was a great little place, with a nice fenced in yard for our dog. Cute kitchen! And I loved the sun porch. Plus, easy access to the beach!!! But it is small. My son and I hit our heads on the bathroom ceiling, and I ended up with peeled paint in my hair in the shower. If you're over 6' be prepared.

Short trip to Seaside

Friends wanted a trip to the Pacific, so a quick trip down. This cute retro cottage was perfect. Kid-friendly, easily walk to the beach and comfortable. Highly recommended for a small group.

Perfect stay for us

What a perfect stay for us. The price point was great for us and for how close you are to the beach, you can't go wrong. The home and furnishings are a little dated, but I like to call that "character." It kept us cozy throughout the many nights we rested there and had all the amenities we could have thought of. Great Location

This older beach house is located perfectly for accessing the beach and promenade. It is on a quiet street. The house is older so don’t expect an upscale experience. The local property manager and the maintenance man are very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

Wonderful gem!

This property has a nostalgic decor that is so cozy! Very dog friendly, and kid friendly. I will be coming back with some grandkids in the near future! The owners has thought of everything you need for a relaxing visit. Very well done. And the location is perfect proximity to the beach and shops. Had the best time!

Cozy Home

House was very cozy. Loved the kitchen! Being so close to the beach was a plus! Loved that i was able to bring my dogs with us. Cant wait to stay here again! Oh and ms pac man was a fun plus too!

Great place!

Close to the Prom and within walking distance on the main strip in Seaside. Ms Pac-Man Game was just like the arcade and a nice touch. Well stocked. Great ocean cabin.

Great place close to beach with great amenities

One block from beach and clean interior and exterior. Great amenities, including a great dog dish and kite! Supplies in kitchen were sufficient and check in process was super easy. Property manager and landscape maintenance personnel were also kind and checked in with us. Kids enjoyed the location and amenities too!

Kid friendly and fuss free.

The place was awesome for kids, we had two sets of twins and two moms on our trip and we had a great time. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The check in and out was super easy and there wasn’t an exhaustive list of chores to be done at the end. That being said, the place was not as clean as I would have wished and there was a large amount of pet hair on the sofa and floor that I would hope would have been cleaned between guests. So, all in all a great stay but needs improvement on the cleanliness.
