We recently stayed at this beautiful oceanfront condo booked through VRBO, and it exceeded all my expectations! The condo was spotless, tastefully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the ocean was incredible!
This place was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy a getaway, with beautiful views of the ocean. Even with a very rainy weekend it was great being so close to everything and having a warm fire to come home to after adventuring around the beach while with lots of rain. Great for adults and my kids.
We loved our stay! Mark was lovely from the second we booked. He called and walked me through the property and check in options. Check in was really smooth. The condo is great! Beautiful water views and lots of space. Loved being right on the promenade.
Just came home from a wonderful weekend staying in this condo! It was perfection perfection perfection. I would stay here over and over. It was big. It was super clean. It had everything you needed. The management is extremely friendly. It just was perfection.
Location A…. walked to all restaurants. Parking lot was well lit, and felt safe. 3 senior women..both beds were comfortable as was the sofa bed. Bathrooms and kitchen well stocked.
Overall a great stay. Seaside Vacation Homes was responsive when we called and/or texted. Clean property and great location. Opportunities to improve: Corner of carpet in living room nearest kitchen is dangerous for trip hazard (edge sticks up). Instructions for specific reserved parking number were incorrect -- instead of "503" it was "D1"- we needed to call to clarify where we should park and where the other Guest parking slot was (any slot labeled with "E").
Beautiful weather, great location and wonderful place to rent. Please provide more directions for operating the TV w/ 4 remotes. It is not intuitive.Thanks!
Very impressed with the property. Much larger than expected. The view is stunning and just a 2 minute walk to the Broadway turnaround downtown. Property is very clean and updated. Was very surprised how quiet it was...very relaxing. Management gets an A for their communication. Got a a call the same day introducing themselves along with making sure I had everything correct. Got another call the day before check-in to touch base. This rental is a must and we got a great deal on it too. Thank you!!!
The cleanliness of the unit was fine, but the unit definitely has shown some wear. I also found the process of putting the burden on the renter to take inventory of the condition of the entire unit onerous. I've not had to do that anywhere else.
