Spacious family home in Seaside Heights with hardwood floors throughout. Beautifully decorated with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully furnished and WiFi!
Only a short walk distance to boardwalk, beaches, restaurants & nightlife. Sleeping accommodations include a private master suite(king sized bed) with full bath on the main floor, the 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms, each bedroom has 2 beds with own bathroom. There’s a deck for you to relax and a gas propane grill is enough to feed for a big family. It also has space to park for 4 cars. Come to enjoy the festivities the board walk offers, have family fun at the water park and on the beach.

No smoking! No pets!

Please bring your own towels(bath & beach towels). The house will provide linens(pillows, sheets & blankets).

Per township guidelines: Primary guest executing the rental agreement between April 15th and June 30th shall be at least 21 years old and shall occupy the property during the stay. Occupants under 18 shall be immediate family members or under guardianship of the primary occupant or another occupant that is 21 years of age or older. Need photo copy of driver license (you can grey out of license#) for each guest. Require fill out a parental consent form for anyone under 21.

Please be sure to read over terms & conditions and make sure that everyone in your party is aware of the rules and rental agreement.

FYI, No monthly rental during PEAK-Season(May-September)!

Lovely Property

Great house for a weekend. Clean, spacious, organized. Had a lot of fun here. Everything worked well rooms were slightly different than anticipated but everything worked out fine.

Excellent place, bigger than I expected!

Big house with plenty of room to accommodate a huge family, loved the 4 bedrooms upstairs, they all have double beds with their own private bath. The house was immaculate and Hong was great, got back to you quickly if you had a question and house also came with plenty of beach passes.

The house was wonderful. There were enough rooms to accommodate 9 family members with extra room. Beach was just a short walk away. The property owner was great and answered all questions quickly and was very friendly. I would recommend this house for a great and comfortable stay.

Great Seaside experience

This house is the perfect layout for a large group with lots of privacy AND great shared spaces. The owner is very helpful and accommodating. Also responded VERY quickly to any communication. We highly recommend this property for your Seaside stay!

Spacious and pleasant - but needs some updates

In all, we had a great time. Hong was very responsive and easy to work with. The house is large and not far from the beach. It absolutely suited our needs for an extended family getaway at a reasonable price! That said, it does need some updates and more attention to cleanliness. Half of the mattresses were quite hard and the heater was on the fritz when we came in (managed to troubleshoot it, fortunately). We had a lovely time and I would recommend this rental for others.

Property was not in good shape

Although Hong was very nice and did respond and fix some of the issues, the house was in very poor condition.. showers and beds were broken, blinds and closet and doors were too. We paid a lot of money to stay for a week and the beds were so hard my son slept on the couch.

The property and location are FANTASTIC! I think you would have a hard time trying to find a better vacation rental in Seaside for the price. We had 12 adults and everyone enough space to relax - the 5 bathrooms were a HUGE plus for our group. The property being walking distance to the beach & boardwalk was amazing. My only critique would be the mattress quality (ranging from poor - just OK) but other than that, everything was perfect.
